Last updated October 2026

This notice explains how E-CT Group Ltd uses personal information when you visit e-ctgroup.co.uk or contact us. It does not cover the care records held in e-care247 or the training records held in e-learn247. For those, the care provider is the data controller, and their own privacy notice applies.

Who we are

E-CT Group Ltd is the data controller for the information described here. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17284320. Our registered office is Masonic Building, 9 Mill Street, Sutton Coldfield, B72 1TJ. You can contact us about anything in this notice at team@e-ctgroup.co.uk.

What we collect and why

When you contact us. When you use the enquiry form on our website, your message is sent to us by email through our email delivery provider, Resend. If the form cannot send, it opens your own email app with your message ready to send instead. Whether you use the form or email us directly, we receive your name, email address, organisation, role and whatever you choose to tell us. We use this to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to manage that relationship. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our products and services.

When you visit the website. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so that the site can be delivered and protected from misuse. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our fonts and images are served from our own website, so your visit is not shared with font or analytics providers.

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the providers who run our website and email, such as Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (delivering enquiry form messages), and only so they can provide those services to us. Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, it is protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need to respond and to manage any business relationship that follows, and then delete them.
